How We Started

From the Ground Up

LN Flooring was founded by Damien Lim and Kayler — two hands-on flooring specialists who grew tired of seeing Singapore homeowners overpay for mediocre work.

We started small, taking on HDB renovation jobs around Tampines and Woodlands, building a reputation one floor at a time. Word spread — not from ads, but from satisfied homeowners recommending us to their neighbours and family.

Today we serve HDB flat owners, condo residents, and commercial clients across Singapore. Our pricing is honest, our workmanship is meticulous, and we never hard-sell. That's always been the LN way.
