How We Started

From the Ground Up

LN Flooring Pte Ltd was founded by Damien Lim and Kayler – flooring specialists with a shared commitment to exceptional workmanship and transparent client relationships.

We built our reputation through precision and care, one project at a time – from HDB renovations in Tampines and Woodlands to commercial fit-outs across the island. Word spread not from advertising, but from the quality of every floor we laid.

Today the business operates as LN Contractor Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202532767H), trading as LN Flooring. We are bizSAFE Level 3 certified and a BCA Registered Firm for public sector works (CR06 Interior Decoration & Finishing Works, Grade L1) – trusted by homeowners, developers, and businesses across Singapore. Our workmanship is meticulous, our advice is honest, and we never hard-sell. That has always been the LN way.
